Refund Policy – Atlas Residential, LLC

At Atlas Residential, LLC, we value transparency and strive to ensure a clear understanding of our refund practices. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued in relation to rental leases.

Application Fees

All application fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application or any subsequent cancellation by the applicant.

These fees cover the cost of background checks, credit screening, and administrative processing.

Security Deposits

Security deposits are refundable in accordance with the terms of your lease agreement and Arizona landlord-tenant law.

After lease termination and move-out inspection, the deposit (minus any deductions for damage, cleaning, or unpaid rent) will be returned within 14 business days, unless otherwise stated in your lease.

Tenants will receive an itemized list of any deductions, if applicable.

Rent Payments

All rent payments are non-refundable, including pre-paid rent, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

In cases of overpayment or duplicate payments, a refund may be issued once verified by our accounting department.

If a tenant vacates early, any unused portion of paid rent is non-refundable unless the unit is re-rented and a refund is approved in accordance with lease terms.

Lease Termination Refunds

Refunds related to early termination or lease cancellations will be evaluated based on the lease agreement.

If a tenant qualifies for a prorated refund or return of a portion of their deposit, it will be issued after final inspection and reconciliation of the account.

Receiving Refund

All approved refunds will be processed via check or electronic transfer within 14 business days of confirmation.

Refunds will only be issued to the leaseholder(s) on file.
